Let’s talk about strawberries. To tell you the truth, it’s one of my favorite fruits. When you eat that red sweet, juicy texture sometimes it makes you want to scream! It's just something about it that has an awesome taste and you can use them in jams, pies, toppings, milkshakes.
The artificial way strawberries are also used in aromas for the home or soaps. Anyway, let’s cut to the chase of how nutritious they are. Strawberries are an excellent source of Vitamin C and Manganese. What is really awesome is that this particular berry helps with heart health. Amazing huh! I have to say I love putting strawberries on certain desserts such as chocolate cake, cheesecake. I also like to put my strawberries in my salads too.
